Refund policy

At Klyvox, we strive to ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchase.

Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return, items must be:

• Unused and unworn
• In original condition
• With all original tags and packaging

Items that show signs of use cannot be returned.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Email us with:

• Order number
• Photos of the item
• Description of the issue

Refunds
Once your return is inspected, we will notify you regarding approval.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was ours.

Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.
